HeadacheFree is the product of a board-certified neurologist's desire to find a safe and effective way to help patients pro-actively manage chronic headaches, every day, without over-reliance on prescription or over-the-counter drugs. HeadacheFree contains the FDA recommended amounts of daily vitamins and minerals. Plus HeadacheFree contains two ingredients – vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and magnesium – that have been clinically proven to reduce headache suffering.
In separate clinical trials, vitamin B2 has been shown to significantly reduce headache frequency, severity, duration and the incidence of nausea; magnesium has been shown to significantly reduce headache frequency and drug consumption for symptomatic treatment of headaches. Combining these ingredients with a multivitamin makes HeadacheFree a complete dietary supplement formulated to provide the optimal health and wellness benefit for the headache-prone – all from just two tablets a day.
A 3-month double-blind placebo-controlled study of 55 people with migraines, revealed that riboflavin can significantly reduce the frequency and duration of migraine attacks.1 This study found that, when given at least 2 months to work, a daily dose of riboflavin (400 mg) can produce dramatic migraine relief. The majority of the participants experienced a greater than 50% decrease in the number of migraine attacks as well as the total days with headache pain. However, a larger and longer study is needed to follow up on these results.

Preliminary research in a group of women (mostly premenopausal) showed that supplementing with magnesium (usually 200 mg per day) reduced the frequency of migraines in 80% of those treated.1 In a double-blind trial of 81 people with migraines, 600 mg of magnesium per day was significantly more effective than placebo at reducing the frequency of migraines.2 Another double-blind trial found that taking 360 mg of magnesium per day decreased the number of days on which premenstrual migraines occurred.

HeadacheFree Food-Based Advantage
HeadacheFree multivitamin is manufactured using food ingredients in their inherent recognizable form to support absorption of the nutrients this advanced formula delivers. No synthetic binders or fillers are used.
Why food-based is better. Foods contain specific compounds that help in the absorption and delivery of vitamins and minerals to the cells that need them. This delivery mechanism, defined as utilization, is the gateway to good health.
Vitamins in nature occur within a family of micro-nutrients (things like trace elements, enzymes, co-factors and other unknown factors) that help them absorb into the human body and function to their full potential.
HeadacheFree provides superior absorption and delivers more of the nutrients your body needs, along with the added riboflavin and magnesium that can help reduce headache suffering. HeadacheFree also excludes those co-nutrients that are known allergy and headache triggers. So just two multivitamins a day deliver optimum health and wellness benefits for the headache prone, without the side effects.
HeadacheFree is made using a blend of food-based, natural and best-grade synthetic ingredients to allow optimal nutrient absorption and the smallest possible dosage.
